NOTICE OF 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
SATURDAY 22nd NOVEMBER 1PM
at the Growling Frog Golf Course Restaurant - light refreshments provided, all members Welcome
In accordance with the Growling Frog Golf Club Inc. Statement of Rules and Purposes, the members are hereby duly notified of the Annual General Meeting.
The Order of Business shall be:
1. Confirmation of the Minutes of the last preceding Annual General Meeting 2024
2. Presentation and Consideration of the Annual reports.
(i) President’s Report
(ii) Treasurer’s Report
(iii) Presentation of the statement of accounts and balance sheet to be submitted by the club in accordance with section 30-3 of the Act.
3. Written Notices of Motion
To be received by the Secretary at least seven days before the advertised date of the meeting.
4. Election of Office Bearers
All nominations to be received on the Nomination form at least seven days before the Annual General Meeting.
