This includes , but is not restricted to, behaviour on and off the course ( see Code of Conduct ) .  I hereby apply for admission to Membership of the Growling Frog Golf Club Inc. and in support of my application I supply the above particulars.     Membership Renewal Dates

    For members that joined before the 1st July 2023, the renewal date is the 31st December each year.
    For members that joined on or after the 1st July 2023, the renewal date is the date of joining the club.

    To ensure your Golf Link account remains current and to be eligible to play in Club Competitions, please make your renewal payment by the Due Date.
