MONTHLY MEDALS RULES
​
Monthly Medals are Stroke competitions held on the second Saturday in January and then the first Saturday of each month between February and September. The lowest nett scores either by Men and Women Members are awarded Medals. The lowest Gross Score by a Member wins the Gross Trophy. Ties will be decided by countback.

Players must have been Members for at least 3 months to be eligible to win Medals.
Maximum Mens handicap 27 (players with a higher handicap must play off 27).

Motorised ride-on carts can only be used by players approved by the VGL (application in writing including medical certificate) - see VGL By-Law 9 for full rule and procedure here

All Medal winners play off in the Medal of Medallists competition with the winner eligible to represent the Club at the VGL Medal of Medallists.
